One-on-one classes are a great option for:

  • first-time parents with limited time for classes
  • second-time parents who need a refresher
  • couples who are within a month of their due date
  • any expectant couple who wants customized information about natural labor and birth

Days, evenings and weekends are all available to fit your schedule. 
Classes are held in Clearwater or in your home.

Group Classes at
Breath of Life Birth Center

Mothers-to-be who are planning to have their babies at Breath of Life Birth Center in Largo have the option of taking the class "Preparing for Labor" right at the birth center. 

Developed and taught by certified Natural Childbirth Educator June Connell, ICCE, this one-day class covers what expectant mothers and their partners need to know to labor without medications and other interventions.  It includes positions for labor, comfort measures during labor and a labor rehearsal.  Students gain knowledge and confidence and feel empowered for their natural birth experience!
